3.1. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about their needs, available space, and budget. They are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits to make modifications to the property.

3.2. Balkar Concept Obligations

We commit to performing our work with the professional diligence typical of the interior design sector, offering advice based on our experience and knowledge of trends.

The final design is a creative proposal subject to client approval. The physical implementation of the project may be affected by external factors such as material availability or site conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Balkar Concept shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses or delays arising from factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure, actions of third-party suppliers).
• Aesthetic or functional results that do not meet the client's subjective expectations, provided the agreed design proposal has been followed.
• Additional costs the client may incur due to decisions made outside of our professional recommendation.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

Plans, renders, sketches, color palettes, and any creative material generated by Balkar Concept are our intellectual property and are licensed to the client solely for use in the specific project for which they were created.

The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for other projects or commercial purposes without our written consent.

The client guarantees that any image, plan, or information provided to us for the project does not infringe on third-party rights.

6.1. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect after their publication on this page. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6.2. Service Termination

Either party may terminate a service contract in writing, subject to the cancellation and payment terms agreed upon in said contract.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services (including access to project management platforms) immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you substantially breach these Terms of Use.
